The prohibition I understand in common parlance is not to go out of the house except for the most urgent work. Now it should be clear what is involved in the most urgent work. It is also the duty of every citizen to abide by the rules and regulations issued by the government. But the government must also understand the needs of its citizens. Whether it is the government sitting at the policy making level or the permanent government and the government employees, the police administration, if all these people have not tried to understand the needs and necessities of the citizens, then what is a republic? 

In today's article, I am sharing my own travel experience from Sunsari to Kathmandu.

Now that the international air service is open, how to enter the capital, what would be difficult after getting a visa, passport and ticket, and we went to the District Administration Office, Inaruwa, to meet CDO once.।

We didn't find Sidio, we weren't given that opportunity. We have to go to the capital soon and get the labor permit. The service is closed in the state. We have to check the corona before the flight. We can't fly without it.CDO's PA would take this matter to CDO but he didn't do it. "Instead of waiting do PCR on fast track, reporting in 6 hours does not cost much money," he replied. After not getting a pass, we returned and made plans to go to the capital anyway

He used to whisper something but he didn't care about us and our problem. They stop us and got busy somewhere. he was rubbing tobacco on his hand and chating with someone somewhere. । 

About half an hour later, the driver whispered to us and let us go. Later it was found out that he had asked for money. Police constable TB Tamang released us after receiving Rs 500. 

After escaping from there, we stopped again at Bhardaha. Two police personnel were on duty. After looking at our documents, we were told to put the car on the side. For a while, the news would come from above and the police friends would sit quietly. They have leaked Rs 1,000 from the driver. How many more checkposts are there on the highway? I had to reach KTM anyway. 

we reached Lahan by passing many smalls check post. Our car was told to stop there. The driver accelerated instead of stopping. When we asked him why he didn't stop, he said he was looking for money again. But we were not on that side. Citizens of the country, we have gone about our necessary work. Air travel is on, the government has opened up foreign employment and we have the paperwork with us. The driver's wrongdoing was rewarded in Dhangadhi, Siraha. The mobile police team stopped our vehicle and asked us to go back and register the vehicle number. We drove back to Lahan. After stopping for about an hour in Lahan, the driver was persuaded and allowed to proceed. An official at Lahan's police station demanded a bottle of whiskey. The driver left with a commitment to bring the goods as per the demand. 

After leaving there, we easily reached Sindhuli. Another long stay took place on the plane of Sindhuli. We all went and requested the police officer there. He replied that he could not leave without the above order. The above order came about 4 hours later. That too after whispering.After that, we easily reached Sanga via Kavre. Our ticket and passport were checked and left. Even after entering Bhaktapur, the temperature was measured and we reached the capital. 

Now my question is where does our Sidio Sap need to come to the capital? No one is looking for a pass. If you have to give a pass now, then understand the importance of the need to give a pass, so that a citizen like me can come to the capital of his own country without paying for the pass.Train your personal assistant on how to listen to the client's problem or remind the client to come to your office so that the client can also present their problem directly to you. Of course, where do you get the time to listen to us, to read what ordinary citizens have written? If you read it, give a chocolate to the policeman who asks for money instead of a pass so that his mouth will be sweet for a while. ।
